Another day, another burger and it’s not even National Burger Day. But it *is* back-to-school season, so we’ll take that as an excuse to indulge in another patty party. (Photos of you eating it outside your front door entirely optional.)
Yes, Honest Burgers are back with a new limited-edition offering and this time around, the focus is on the cheese. Meet the Halloumi 2.0 burger, which marries extra-creamy (that’s the Guernsey cow’s milk they use) halloumi from Isle of Wight dairy Briddlesford with gooey American cheese and Honest’s classic beef.
Created in partnership with Hitchin-based burger start-up Cawsburger (check ’em out if you’re down Hitchin way), the decadent double-dairy burger is topped off with sriracha mayo, chipotle jam, lettuce and pickles for that extra crunch.
