carve out some time for you at run like the wolf’s latest retreat

Creative wellbeing collective Run Like The Wolf are back with another brilliant day retreat to get your new year off to a cracking start.

Set up by Sussex-born creative Gemma Davies, the collective offers new and inspirational ways to engage with wellbeing – from transformative to plain fun – and aims to bridge the gap between wellness and art.

We attended their very first retreat – Finding Your Purpose – last year and absolutely loved the variety of immersive workshops (that howling!).

This time around, the theme of the retreat (on Saturday, 21st January) is Self Care – you’ll take part in five expert-led immersive workshops, all designed to help you nurture your beautiful self as we get through one of the hardest months of the year.

And it’s a great line-up: There’s an empowering movement workshop with The Box founder Lucy Pinto, a self-discovery session with Calypso Barnum-Bobb to help you demystify people-pleasing, a somatic self-reflection meditation with transformational coach Natasha Richardson, a yoga session with Georgie Knott that invites you to embrace life in the slow lane and, last but not least, a self-massage healing session with founder Gemma Davies.

And you won’t go hungry, either. As ever, delicious lunch and snacks are provided throughout the day and, if the last event is anything to go by, you’re in for a treat!

Sounds good, right? There are only a few tickets left, so snap up your space and join us on Saturday!
