swag | win a place on a new day retreat worth £150
We’ve teamed up with new creative wellbeing collective Run Like The Wolf to offer one lucky person a place on their very first day retreat in Hove.
Set up by Sussex-born creative Gemma Davies, the collective offers new and creative ways to engage with wellbeing – from transformative to plain fun – and aims to bridge the gap between wellness and art.
“We think music, art, theatre, dance – and even cooking – are a path to healing and we wanted to make Run Like The Wolf a place where all the creative mediums play a part,” said Gemma.
“So we’re now programming a whole range of different workshops that use creative movement, sound, energy, food, paint, and even howling – it’s a great primal release!” she added.
Sounds good, right? Well, you can be one of the first to experience their magic by entering our competition to win a place on their launch event on Saturday 30th April at Platf9rm in Hove.
The theme of the first workshop is Finding Your Purpose and invites you to reflect on your unique reason for being via five immersive workshops led by expert practitioners.
There’s Ikigai coaching (an ancient Japanese personal development framework) from Alistair Marshall; a workshop on how to tune into your body to find out what you really want by somatic coach Emma Cully; an immersive workshop on primal howling (we especially love the sound of this one!) from Samantha Moyo, who founded Morning Gloryville; a transformative soundbath from Anicca Sound, and a new moon ceremony from Finding Balance with Jasmine.
And you won’t go hungry, either. Breakfast and lunch are provided by Brighton’s own Boul Kitchen (they of the devastatingly moreish babkas).
Fancy it? Just email us your name with the subject line ‘Run Like The Wolf competition’ at firstname.lastname@example.org to be in with a chance of winning the place!
Saturday, 30th April; 9.30am – 4pm
