We’ve teamed up with creative wellbeing collective Run Like The Wolf to offer one lucky person the chance to win a place for them and a friend on their latest day retreat in Brighton. Set up by Sussex-born creative Gemma Davies, the collective offers new and inspirational ways to engage with wellbeing – from transformative to plain fun – and aims to bridge the gap between wellness and art. We attended their very first retreat – Finding Your Purpose – back in April and absolutely loved the variety of immersive workshops (that howling!). This time around, the theme of the retreat (on 15th October) is Express Yourself – you’ll take part in four expert-led creative workshops designed help you unlock your true essence. So what's included? There's a free-flow yin yoga practice guided by Georgie Edwards, an art class for your inner child led by designer David Bracey, an introduction to the erotic mind and spirit with sex coach Ruth Ramsay, and a vocal and sound healing workshop to help you speak your truth with Tam Klien. And you won't go hungry, either. As ever, delicious lunch and snacks are provided by the brilliant Israeli-inspired Boul Kitchen (they of the utterly moreish babkas) Sounds good, right?
