One of our favourite local vineyards, Bolney Wine Estate, has just got even better – they’ve added new visitor spaces, including a lovely new cafe and a well-stocked vineyard shop. They’re unveiling the new spaces on Friday 15th September and, to celebrate, they’re hosting a fun-filled launch weekend, and you’re invited!
So what’s new? They’ve got two additional tour rooms (one with a balcony overlooking the vineyard), but most excitingly, they’ve added on a cafe area and a shop downstairs.
The cafe has indoor and outdoor seating and serves sandwiches, snacks and treats made with high-quality locally sourced ingredients. It’s also equipped with a brand-spanking-new Enomatic machine, which means you’ll be able to order Bolney’s wines (and other premium wines) by the glass.
The shop is stocked with a full range of Bolney wines with the added bonus of being able to try before you buy. You’ll also find other carefully selected high-end wines, hampers, food and accessories, from Bolney and other local suppliers.
Fancy checking it out for yourself? It’s well worth heading along to their launch weekend for a (scone and) jam-packed weekend of special offers, tours, exclusive tastings and afternoon teas. They’ll also be extending their opening hours to 9pm for the celebrations, with live music, canapés and, obviously, lots of Bolney booze.
