these it’s a sin-inspired t-shirts are raising money for charity

If you’re anything like us you binged Russell T Davies’ latest drama It’s A Sin in practically a single sitting (no? Trust us, it’s a must-see) and now you’ve been there, seen that, you can, quite literally, buy the T-shirt.

Indie shop owner Philip Normal has designed T-shirts printed with ‘La’ – the Pink Palace gang’s much-loved catchphrase.

As well as being a designer and LGTBQ+ activist, Normal is also the Mayor of the London borough of Lambeth, and the UK’s first openly HIV+ mayor at that.

£20 from the sale of each £25 shirt goes to The Terrence Higgins Trust, which supports people living with HIV.

Update: over £300,000 has been raised so far (28th Feb) and the designer says he is working around the clock to get “hundreds if not thousands” of tees sent out every day. La!

The tees are available in white, black and neon pink and cost £25, which includes postage
