boti’s pick of the week: community tree planting

As we follow the festive tradition of choosing a tree, dragging it into our homes and decorating it with lights and an array of kitsch decorations, it’s important we also think about what we can give back. So what better way than a spot of tree-planting? Our friends over at The Big Lemon have partnered with The Woodland Trust to take a big yellow coach load of people to plant thousands of trees to help make a positive impact on climate change.

If you fancy a bit of a road trip from Brighton & Hove, join them on Saturday 15th December for a mass community wood planting at Langley Vale Wood in Surrey. You’ll meet a great bunch of people, have loads of tree-planting fun and be able to head back home with all the festive feels, knowing you’ve helped (and with a Christmas decoration gift in hand as a thank you!). Book a ticket for your place on The Big Lemon via the ticket link below and also register here so they know you’re joining the community fun!
