After a year’s hiatus, the Hove Food Trail is back for 2025, even bigger and better. Set up by Cin Cin owner David Toscano and city councillor Chris Henry to take food lovers on a gastronomic tour of some of Hove’s finest dining destinations, the very first event took place in 2023. And this year, they’ve teamed up with Restaurants Brighton.
So how does it work? Essentially, you snap up a pass for £15 and that gets you access to buy one or more of the exclusive specials – more on those soon – available at the 12 fantastic participating Hove restaurants (Cin Cin, Wild Flor, Fourth and Church, Fatto A Mano, Oeuf, Coconut Island, Chilli Restaurant Hove, Market, Shoreline Coffee + Kitchen, Little Fish Market and Ginger Pig).
To make sure you don’t miss out, it’s best to book a slot with each eatery, although some walk-ins will be available.
To give you a wee taster of what to expect, we’ve left the details of the 2023 edition below. Keep checking back here and the Hove Food Trail insta to get all the updates as the restaurants’ specials are announced.

Fourth and Church
And our favourite of the night: Roasted aubergine, labneh cheese, cultured blueberries, green harissa, black sesame, served with a manzanilla and mint spritz; £15
And here’s what’s on offer at the other restaurants:
Nostos
Greek gemista, with traditional Greek-stuffed vegetables filled with rice and herbs, then baked with potatoes and tomato sauce; £15
