We can hardly believe it, but steak restaurant Carne in Hove have been around for a whole year now. That’s 12 months of great food and drink from chef Phil Bartley and Atelier du Vin’s Steve Pineau.
And luckily for us, their birthday just happens to coincide with a time of year when many of us are a) feeling the pinch and b) struggling with the shorter days and crappy weather, so we are all over how the team are celebrating this milestone.
