fatboy slim to perform intimate fundraising gig this may

We’re used to seeing him in much larger venues or on the beach, but Brighton legend Fatboy Slim, aka Norman Cook, is going to be performing a three-hour set at the more bijou 500-person capacity The Old Market (TOM) this May.

The gig is part of the Hove venue’s Gig for a Gig fundraising initiative, which sees proceeds from big name concerts like this going towards continuing TOM’s vision of hosting exciting new and emerging artists.

Cook took part in the intiative’s very first event back in 2019, which allowed the venue to fund new talent to develop their work and perform it there on stage.

“I am so excited about doing another intimate three-hour session at The Old Market. We are trying out a new look show, so anything could happen!” said Cook.

Excited? We know we are. So if you fancy getting your hand on some tickets, you better set your alarms – they go on sale to friends of TOM at 10am on Wednesday 26th April and on general sale at 10am on Friday 28th April.
