🧑‍🍳We love it when there’s a new restaurant opening in the city and we’re particularly excited about this one: Music-led restaurant @drifterbrighton opens today on the site that was previously home to Due South.

🌊It’s on the beachfront, so stunning views are a given, but the restaurant will also specialise in exclusively vinyl music with regular curated events, natural wine, and wood-fired small plates. Yep, all of the good stuff.

The murmurations are always incredible. But if we’re talking the best place to watch them? It’s got to be from in the sea 🌊

The piers and the beach are obviously great options too, but it’s hard to top the feeling of being in the water as the starlings swoop and swirl their mesmerising patterns around you.

@cincinuk have gone entirely meat-free for the mon

@cincinuk have gone entirely meat-free for the month and we are loving it. Their vegan and vegetarian January menu is a brilliant showcase of the versatility of vegetables when you know what you’re doing. Which these guys definitely do. And we’re happy to report that there’s not a fake meat product in sight.

😋Arancino of roasted butternut squash and Gorgonzola with a walnut and sage sauce
😋Handmade chestnut pizzoccheri with fontina, celeriac and January king cabbage
