If you needed a reason to cancel all plans on a Tuesday, here it is: Ben & Jerry’s Free Cone Day is back on Tuesday 14th April, and yes, the scoops are on the house. No, not just one, ALL of them.
For one day only, you can rock up to Ben & Jerry’s on Bond Street (and a few other locations around the country) and get yourself a free cone. Then… go back for another. And another. There’s genuinely no limit, so whether you’re a die-hard Cookie Dough loyalist or fancy working your way through the full menu, now’s the time to really get stuck in.
What started as a low-key thank you to locals in Vermont way back in 1979, a year after it all began, has turned into a full-blown global event. And Brighton is very much in on the action. This year, their goal is to hand out a whopping one million and one scoops worldwide – which, let’s face it, is one helluva lot of brain freeze.
So yes, you can expect queues. But when unlimited free ice-cream is on the menu, we reckon it’s worth your while.
One day. Unlimited ice-cream. You know what to do.
Tuesday 14th April; midday – 8pm; absolutely free
41 Bond Street, Brighton, BN1 1RD
