Brighton Cocktail Festival has revealed its first cocktails – let the drinks planning begin
Back for its second edition, Brighton Cocktail Festival has revealed the first batch of drinks on this year’s menu, along with a new app to help you plan your boozy adventure.
The festival has unveiled the first wave of exclusive cocktails for its 2026 event, giving cocktail lovers an early look at what’s shaking across the city’s bars this September. And making it completely acceptable to plan your September around cocktails, of course.
More than 100 exclusive festival serves have now been revealed ahead of the ten-day event, with another 50 or so still to come before things kick off on 18th September. And Brighton, you are in for a treat.
The first creations range all the way across elegant classics with a twist to drinks that might sound kind of crazy, but in the hands of some of the city’s best mixologists are bound to seriously good. A few of the (very) many that caught are eye are Bar Valentino’s Bread & Butter featuring actual toast and melted butter, while the Plotting Parlour’s dreamt up a pineapple-tastic Pinaquiri, No 124’s gone all in on beetroot and bergamot with Don’t Beet Around The Bush and Furna’s got an intriguing Corn Hub with BBQ sweetcorn.
There’s also a handy new addition for 2026 in the form of the Brighton Cocktail Festival app, which lets you browse every participating bar, check out the cocktails on offer, save your favourites and plot your own boozy adventure without repeatedly opening 47 browser tabs (guilty).
The festival runs from 18th – 27th September and, according to founder Harry Philippson, has now become the UK’s biggest cocktail festival, with more than 50 of Brighton and Hove’s best bars taking part and over 150 exclusive cocktails available across the ten days.
A festival wristband unlocks cocktails for £6 each (£4 for alcohol-free versions), alongside cocktail trails, special events and other offers across the city.
Early bird tickets are on sale now, with the remaining cocktails and festival events due to be announced over the coming weeks.
