If you’re not familiar with Sofar Sounds, then now’s the time to get involved. They turn interesting everyday spaces into intimate music venues, bringing incredible artists to secret spots in the city, from your favourite shop to museums, churches and galleries, offering a truly immersive experience. If you’re looking for the next great talent, chances are you’ll spot them at a Sofar gig.
We’ve teamed up with the Brighton arm (yes, you can find Sofar gigs all over the world now) for a festive competition: win a pair of tickets to one of their Christmas shows. They’ve got two coming up in as-yet-undisclosed locations in or close to the city centre – the Lanes (south) and the North Laine is all they’re giving away until 36 hours before the gig kicks off. As well as the tickets, they’re also throwing in a free drink per person.
Every event allows you to get up close to three brilliant (we’ve loved every act we’ve seen on previous nights – the last one was at the Brighton Toy and Model Museum) acts across a variety of genres and, because it’s Christmas, there might even be some festive treats thrown in for good measure.

It closes on Thursday, 12th December at 5pm. Entries received after this will not be counted. One winner will be chosen at random after the closing date.
One winner will receive two tickets to the Christmas show of their choice and two drinks tokens. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or product alternative.
