Just pop down to the i360, sign the totally official ‘chip theft insurance form’ (yes, it’s a thing), and grab yourself some free chips – no seagull negotiations needed.
Why the generosity? Well, Ikea’s big Brighton store finally opens next Thursday in Churchill Square, complete with their Swedish deli serving up all the essentials: chips, meatballs, and affordable treats with a side of sea view. Perfect for when you want to eat chips without worrying about feathered bandits.
But heads up: chips are first come, first served and strictly one portion per person – sorry, you can’t insure your entire picnic. Plus, you also need to sign up to the retailer’s free membership programme.
