rave and restore: child-friendly fun happening in brighton

Brighton & Hove is a great place to find fun for you and your little ones, so we’ve picked two of our favourite events coming up over the next couple of months so you can make sure you don’t miss out on tickets. From dancing to downward dog…

Rave: Big kid little kid family rave
The Camp Bestival crew have teamed up with Big Fish Little Fish for their 2020 family rave tour Lights, Camera, Action and it comes to Brighton on Saturday 28th March. The two-hour party will take place at Pryzm, bringing award-winning entertainment for kids of all ages. In true Camp Bestival style, they’ve got an impressive line up of DJs on the tour, with DJ Aphrodite on the decks in Brighton. Expect balloons, bubbles, foam, confetti and the chance to get creative with Camp Bestival’s mega crafts area. No festival warm-up would be complete without fancy dress, so everyone (little and big kids) is encouraged to dress as their favourite movie stars for their Silver Screen film themed fancy dress.
Saturday 28th March, 2.00pm – 4.00pm; Tickets £11 adults, babies rave for free
Pryzm, Kingswest, West Street, Brighton, BN1 2RE

Restore: Wild Things Mummas and Babes Yoga
New mum and Wild Things Yoga queen Deanne has created a Mummas and Babes afternoon of yoga and great conversation to bring the month to a close. Inspired by her baby Willow, she’ll be leading a breathe deep and flow for 1 hour 15 minutes to help move your body and cleanse your mind. Taking place at Exeter Street Hall, she’ll have plenty of comfy mats and blankets so you can stop and feed, cuddle and soothe throughout. If you find it tricky getting to a class without your little one in tow, this session will be the perfect and relaxed space for those wanting to get out and do something for themselves, regain strength from birth and improve flexibility & flow. Oat Kitchen will be providing a hearty and healthy brunch and there will also be a glass of fizz included in the ticket price. You’ll even get some goodies to take home. Contact Deanne on Instagram to book your place.
Friday 28th February, 12.00pm – 3.00pm; Tickets £32.50
Exeter Street Hall, 16-17 Exeter Street, Brighton BN1 5PG
