Brighton Gay Men’s Chorus celebrate 10 years of equal marriage with Pride show

The Brighton Gay Men’s chorus are back with another fabulous show – Put A Ring On It. Celebrating 10 years of equal marriage, this year’s Pride show will feature original arrangements of a range of iconic love songs interwoven with heartfelt stories from chorus members.

The programme is as brilliantly eclectic as ever, including songs from Taylor Swift, The Divine Comedy and, of course, Beyonce, all performed with the chorus’ trademark verve.

“Leading up to the concert, we’ve launched our #LoveWins campaign, highlighting the 36 countries where same-sex marriage has been legalised. While we celebrate these milestones, we are reminded that there is still much work to be done to achieve full equality worldwide,” Brighton GMC chairperson Dan Langasco said.

The chorus will also be fundraising for HIV and sexual health charity Terrence Higgins Trust at the performances.
