the breakfast club launch limited-edition easter specials
Breakfast bosses The Breakfast Club have launched four new specials to celebrate Easter. Apparently, 16th April is also that incredibly well-known holiday National Benedict Day, so these new dishes are all twists on perennial fave, the eggs benedict.
All of the specials are served on toasted English muffins and feature perfectly poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. The first two on the menu – the hearty (and self-explanatory) Nashville Fried Chicken eggs benny (pictured below) and the Aubergine Parm eggs benny are available until 20th April.
The next two specials are super-luxurious upgrades on the traditional dish. There’s a Grand Royale (deep-fried avocado fritter wrapped in smoked salmon) and the Steak and Truffle Benedict (carved rib-eye steak, truffle butter, rocket). You can get your chops around these from 21st April to 5th May. Happy Eggs Benedict Day indeed!
