this brighton duo are opening their kitchen to emerging chefs

The team behind the newest Wolfsmouth site are opening up their kitchen at The Paradiso Social for emerging chefs in Brighton & Hove. Yes, that means that if you’re a local chef and you don’t have your own restaurant to experiment in, you’ll be able to put your ideas to Will and Jack for the chance to share your creations with the city.

Wolfsmouth duo Will and Jack want to utilise their lovely space for interesting events wherever they can. And it really is a gorgeous space, whether you fancy a few well-made cocktails at the bar or tucking into their menu, its the kind of place you could end up staying for hours. They told us; “When we started Woldsmouth we found it hard to find venues that were affordable to do pop-ups in, so now we have our own space we would love people to have the opportunity to pursue their own project easily. We offer the venue out on Sunday for free to chefs with exciting concepts, or those wanting to do collaborations.” How nice is that?

We went along to the recent SKINT takeover, the £20 tasting menu (and ever so genius creation) from Michael at The Syndicate Kitchen. It is local legends in the community like Will and Jack that give emerging chefs the opportunity to go wild with their creative ideas and put them to the people, so we are very much on board. Drop them a line on Instagram or pop into The Paradiso Social if you’d like a lend of their kitchen!

Open Wednesday to Saturday 5.00-11.00pm for their new menu, offering up their kitchen on Sundays.
