Never compromising on taste (and never dry), you'll find them next to The Level and they're well worth a visit. Flavours change regularly, but you can expect the likes of Peanut Butter & Jelly, Chocolate Snoconut, Biscoff and Coffee & Walnut, to name just a few. Just make sure you go up on a clear day to make the most of it. It's the perfect place to view the Art+Believe Sky Gallery, too, so keep your eyes peeled to see how they've Brighton-ed up the skies!
