‘pup-up’ cocktail bar for dogs (and humans) launches in brighton

It sounds like it should belong in The Sound of Music‘s ‘My Favourite Things‘ (always good), so it was love at first woof when we heard about Puppies & Cocktails, a pop-up ‘puptail’ bar for dog owners and lovers alike.

The exclusive event is launching in Brighton on 3rd November (and may become a regular fixture in the new year), transforming the lovely Earth & Stars pub into doggie (and doggie-loving human) heaven for the night.

While their humans sup cocktails, lucky pooches can take their pick from doggy beers, wines, champagne and, of course, ‘puptails’. If that gets you excited more than it does your dog, don’t worry, there’s no chance of canine ennui setting in as there will also be plenty of doggy games and competitions, with a professional photographer and videographer on hand to capture the fun.

Dogs of any breed and age are welcome as long as they’ve had all necessary vaccinations and are healthy. And don’t worry if you don’t (yet?) have a dog, non-dog owner tickets are also available so you can meet (and cuddle) some pups.
