boti’s pick of the week: inspiring talks

The team behind Inspiring Talks are back with more uplifting conversations that are guaranteed to leave your heart warm and your brain idea-filled. From self-love to sex, they’ll be packing in as many inspirational speakers as they can this month to share their deepest stories, projects and insights.

Back at the Nightingale Room at The Grand Central pub on Thursday 19th July, their killer line-up is one not to miss, so we’d recommend getting your ticket before they sell out and head down early to get a good seat. Here’s who will be revealing all to motivate, inspire and move you:

• Tara Perry – Self-love saves lives
• Hannah Stewart – Live after Anorexia
• Bradley Wescott – Living into a vision of the future
• Maria Monroe – Feel your heart melt
• Lucy Rowett – Why a great relationship doesn’t always mean a rocking sex life – (Yes, there will be a real-life sex coach in the room)
• Denise Richardson – Guilt, self-forgiveness and letting go

If you fancy having a go at sharing your story, why not put yourself forward as their ‘Risky Biscuit’ on the night? They invite members of the audience on stage for five minutes to talk about something interesting, inspiring or motivating. How hard can it be, right? Put your name down at the door and you could be the lucky speaker drawn out. If you’ve got more you’d like to share, you could even put yourself forward for a speaker slot at one of their next events.

If the sun is out, get down there early and grab a drink on their roof terrace!
