drive-in cinema rolls into brighton

We’ve grown up on a diet of old American films, so we’ve always been desperately envious of the wonder that is the American drive-in cinema. It’s featured in so many of our favourite films (we’re looking at you Grease and Back To The Future). So when we heard that Brighton Racecourse was going to swap horses and car boot sales for a drive-in cinema, we donned our finest 50s Americana and got booking.

Cinestock, the UK’s largest provider of open-air and drive-in cinema, will be taking over the racecourse for 10 screenings, including Top Gun, The Truman Show,  The Greatest Showman, and yes, our aforementioned faves are on the bill, too. And just like in the movies, there will be double bills on the Friday and Saturday. Now all we need is a car…

Friday 12th October – Sunday 14th October;  £20 per car (two passengers), additional single tickets from £4
Brighton Racecourse, Freshfield Rd, Brighton BN2 9XZ
