L’Atelier du Vin have only been in Brighton for a couple of years, but we feel like they’ve been one of our go-to wine and cocktail bars for a lot longer. And, only six months after the opening of their Seven Dials’ site, their third site is opening at the lovely Hotel Una on Regency Square this Thursday 13th February! At this rate, there will be an Atelier in every neighbourhood. Not that we’re complaining, mind you. In fact, a fourth is coming to Hove…
They’re bringing their trademark speakeasy style and top-notch drinks to Una’s basement area with an Absinthe bar and, in a new twist, they’re also taking up residency in the hotel’s original ground floor bar, bringing their extensive (seriously, it is LONG) champagne list with them. See you at the bar!
